Early development of Faux Rocks and the unique outdoor sump pump in response to market demand for waterproofing solutions that also had a more pleasing appearance.

Outdoor sump pump design re-innovated
The original outdoor sump pump is re-engineered to improve its form and fit. The product line is expanded to include the flexibility of five available heights/sizes. Other improvements incorporated to give owners maximum quality, performance, and product options.
WHY DID WE CREATE THIS?
It solved waterproofing needs for home owners. Listening to home owners about the ugly appearance of the Outdoor Sump System in their flower beds lead R&D to become a dealer for Faux Rocks Canada.

TriWater Bags developed
Instead of using heavy, messy, and costly sandbags to protect homes from flooding, TriWater Bags are introduced as a practical, modern solution. They are easily and quickly deployed, filled only with water. Later, they are also easily drained and stored.

Box Barriers become available
The Dutch know their drainage solutions! As a natural fit, EHS Sales Ltd. partners with a Netherlands company to bring Box Barriers to North America. These are another water-filled, reusable flood protection system to complement TriWater Bags – but for flowing water or much larger flooded areas.

Pit Boss comes to EHS customers…and Canada
This combination system is brought to our customers, keeping them informed about the status of their pumps beyond a simple high-water alarm. The related free app can be used on our Outdoor Sump System, as well as interior sump pits. This gives owners primary monitoring or upgrade to have monitoring with battery backup.

Leak Control introduced
This water diversion product keeps water in basement drains–not on the floor! With the Leak Control roll moisture simply disappears under the floor into the drainage stone.

Modern Square Window Wells joins our lineup
Available in different sizes, with both projection and stacking types, integrated steps mean our Modern Square Window Wells are different from any other. Canadian-made from 18 gauge stainless steel, they will never need replacing.

Our customers asked, and we listened! We started making laser cut, aluminum/plexiglass covers for our Modern Square Window Wells.

Weeper Cleaner launched
The Weeper Cleaner auger tool is introduced. It cleans out mud, fine roots, silt, and gravel from weeping tile up to 25 feet in any direction.

Galvannealed Square Window Wells arrive
This new line of innovative window wells is added to our already flexible, successful line of window well solutions. They give owners the option to powder coat using a certain colour, or just leave it flat, grey colour (standard). They have the modern look, different sizes, projections and are still made from 18 gauge material.
