Why I Became A Dealer – Jodi

“Customers are often very excited when they see the rocks in person because they look so real.”

I started The Rock Company back in 2009, I discovered Dekorra products online after realizing there weren’t a lot of options for covering unattractive things like septic tank lids. So I ordered one without seeing it and loved it.  One thing led to another and I became a dealer. I liked being able to help people hide the unsightly things in their yard. Most of my customers are hiding either septic tank lids or well heads. I really enjoy helping those customers who are excited about finding our product and they can get rid of the old wishing well they that’s been covering their lid for the last 20 years. They are often very excited when they see the rocks in person because they look so real.   At The Rock Company we are passionate about landscaping and backyard spaces.  Often when customers come out to our home-based business, (where we have everything in stock) they ask our opinions and ask for options.  Because they can see in person what they are getting and have a variety of rocks to chose from they get a better envision and are happy with their purchases.   I believe that hugely contributes to our success – a customer doesn’t have to order from a picture off a website and take a gamble. They like the fact they can have a look (and feel) how realistic the product is.
